Johpur is known as "The Blue City" due to the Brahman neighborhoods being painted in blue. The blue is an historic color for Brahman homes that most of the city adopted. It is said to keep the mosquitoes at bay and the temperatures cooler. Many of the doors are also painted green and when this women appeared wearing green she seemed just perfect for this scene.
