Russ Taylor is a travel and culture documentary photographer whose background includes academic work in intercultural studies and theology. His work with the camera goes all the way back to his childhood, when he could be found photographing sea oats on family vacations to Florida. His artistic expression began in earnest, however, after travels to India, Pakistan, Southeast Asia, Morocco and South America. These journeys increased his desire to share the beauty of various cultures and their connection to the natural world through the lens of photography, and his work has been published internationally. Russ co-leads photographic workshops around the world through his company, Nomadic Routes Photography. |
